Deletes an ad-hoc line item group. LIG must be ad-hoc (task_group_id is None) and ADJUSTABLE or FINALIZED. | org_type=[courier, forwarder], min_org_role=operator, authz_personas=[lig_owner_operators] | () -> (bool)
