Updates an active geofence template owned by the caller's organization. | authz: min_org_role=operator | (SessionGeofenceTemplateClientUpdate1) -> (SessionGeofenceTemplate1)

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.
