Set Up Shipper Info

Learn how to add shipper organization details that providers need for coordination.

Before you start

Use this guide when your organization is a shipper. The information you enter helps providers contact the right team when they are handling your shipments.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open chrt and go to Profile or Edit profile.
  2. Select the Shipper org info tab if there is more than one tab.
  3. In Shipper Information, enter the contact’s First Name and Last Name.
  4. Enter the Primary Email.
  5. Add phone numbers, industry, job title, street address, and notes if you have them.
  6. Review the information.
  7. Click Save.

How to know it worked

The page should show a saved confirmation, or the form should keep the updated values after saving.

If something looks different

  • If you do not see Shipper org info, confirm that your organization is in shipper mode.
  • If the save button is disabled, check for missing required fields.
  • If a provider still sees old information, refresh the page and confirm the profile saved correctly.
