Receive and Execute Orders

When a shipper or freight forwarder creates an order and assigns it to your organization, it shows up in your dashboard. From there, you can:

  • View the full order — cargo details, pickup and delivery addresses, special handling requirements, contact information, and any required documentation
  • Assign a driver — match the right driver to the job based on availability, location, and qualifications
  • Start the task group — kick off execution and begin real-time tracking
  • Set task ordering — control the sequence of stops for multi-task routes
  • Communicate — attach messages and files to task groups for coordination with shippers and forwarders

You can also create your own orders for direct customers or internal operations using the same draft-based order builder that shippers use.

Capture Proof of Delivery

CHRT’s task artifact system lets drivers document every step of a delivery:

  • Photos — capture cargo condition at pickup, delivery location verification, incident documentation
  • Signatures — collect digital signatures for delivery confirmation
  • Custom artifacts — attach any other documentation required for the shipment

Artifacts are tied to specific tasks, so there’s a clear record of what was documented at each stop. Shippers and forwarders see this in real time.

  • Line Item Groups — each task group in an order gets a detailed cost breakdown that you and the shipper can both see
  • Statements & Invoicing — deliveries are grouped into statements, which can be turned into Stripe invoices with a click
  • Stripe Connect — get paid directly through CHRT’s payment infrastructure

Notifications

Keep your team and your customers in the loop:

  • Notification Groups — configure who on your team gets notified about what (new orders, task completions, billing events) and how (email, SMS, push)
  • Webhooks — pipe events into your own systems for automated workflows
